    Tell us what the site is, where the code lives, and where your domain is managed. We read every request and reply by email.

    Connect your repo

    Install our GitHub app on the repository and enter your settings in a write-only form. Secrets go straight to your app and are never shown again.

    Review on staging

    We deploy it to a private staging link. You click through it and approve the launch when it looks right.

    We point your domain at the new site. Monitoring, backups and your dashboard start the same minute.

Security

How we run your site

Plain answers to what a school, a client or an auditor will ask. The full list is in our Data Processing Addendum.

  • Isolated containersEvery app runs in its own container with CPU and memory limits. Containers can't reach each other or our internal network.
  • No open portsTraffic reaches us through Cloudflare, which handles TLS and absorbs DDoS attacks. Our servers accept no direct connections from the internet.
  • Encrypted, tested backupsDatabases every 15 minutes, files nightly. Backups are encrypted, stored off-site, and test-restored.
  • Write-only secretsKeys you enter go straight into your app's settings. The dashboard never stores them or shows them again.
  • Alerts within a minuteWhen a check fails, we get a phone alert within a minute, and your status page shows it too.

Questions

Where are your servers?

Our servers are in the United States. Encrypted backups are stored with Cloudflare R2 in North America. Every vendor that touches your data is listed in our DPA.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. If it's on Cloudflare, you add us to your account. If it's somewhere else, you add one DNS record. No domain yet? Launch on a free jumpgatenetworks.com address.

What happens if my site goes down?

Checks run every 30 seconds. We get an alert within a minute, and the status page and your dashboard show the problem until it's fixed.

Can I move away later?

Yes. Export your data any time, and your code stays in your own GitHub repo. We delete your data 30 days after you leave.

Who runs Jump Gate Networks?

A small, independent operator. When you open a ticket, you talk to the person who runs your servers.

Do you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes. Business customers get our standard DPA, and we list our own vendors so you can keep your subprocessor page accurate.
